Project and construction supervision

We took care of the executive design and realisation of the first hookah smoking lounge in Friuli Venezia Giulia.

The project started with the restoration of an old commercial spot used as a shop in the Borgo Teresiano in the centre of Trieste.

The concept pictured the creation of an informal lounge area equipped with TV screens, where hookah can be smoked.

Complying with the existing nineteenth-century building, introducing new materials suitable for the evening atmospheres, as well as adaptating the systems to this place specific purpose, made it possible to meet all the requirements needed to join “Hookah Place”, the most famous international smoking lounge franchising, with branches in over 12 countries and more than 140 active venues.
